2025 Camp Donations & Per Diems

There are multiple ways to give, including via Zelle, credit card and check. However the preferred method is via a recurring, monthly donation via credit card. This gives us a stable "revenue stream" and means we don't have to keep coming back to nag you!

The requested donation remains $800/year or $67/month per nuclear family, which covers the insurance and taxes that the Trust must pay each year on your behalf as owners.

A donation to our endowment of $200 per family is also the standard suggested amount. We also ask our younger campers to give what they can - every little bit helps.

If you give by credit card, please cover the 3% credit card transaction fee - they add up for camp to cover the cost! Zelle has no costs associated.

Per diem is $15 per night for everyone over age 12. Please pay/send per diem before you leave Camp or promptly after you leave. Guests are $25/night and fees should be paid by campers.

Online / Credit Card / Direct Debit Annual Donations & Per Diem Payments

Credit card donations can be sent directly through the Aplos website. When you use this system all of the accounting is taken care for us on the backend, making it the simplest option. However you will be asked to cover the 3% credit card transaction fee. Please use separate transactions for your annual donation and the endowment and mark them appropriately!

Online / Zelle

If you bank with a major US bank Zelle is likely built in as a method of payment, similar to PayPal or Venmo. Importantly there are no fees if you use Zelle. Simply direct your payment to "donations@merryweather.org". Please make a second transaction for any endowment donation and make a note of it in the message section. If you are paying per diem, make a note of that. Note that as you enter the email address to send money to Merryweather you should see something along the lines of "Enrolled in Zelle as Nathan".

By Check

Checks are made payable to Camp Merryweather Realty Trust and sent directly to Lisa Cobb. Please print and fill out the annual donation form which has exact payment and mailing information on it. You are welcome to send per diem payments via check, as well.
